Wings of Angels Foundation coordinates the transport of wounded veterans and underprivileged patients, removing the burden of distance so they can reach the highest level of care available.
A high priority for our team is organ donor transport, which gives life back to so many who are in critical need. Our Embraer Phenom 300MED medevac air ambulance provides the best medevac equipment and critical transport capabilities in the industry.

Wings of Angels Foundation works in concert with Bluewater Aviation, our charter operations partner. Bluewater Aviation operates as a full-service air charter business, with proceeds supporting the Foundation's humanitarian mission. Together, we are acquiring and expanding charter operations across Fresno CA, Ankeny IA, Nashville TN, and Green Bay WI.

Trustee & Founder
An active pilot with 46 years of experience, Dean is a businessman and investment advisor who founded Wings of Angels Foundation, Bluewater Aviation, and AllEnergy Aviation. His vision drives the Foundation's mission to serve veterans and underserved patients through aviation.
Chuck Walker
Trustee
Chuck Walker is a licensed pilot and professional race car driver whose passion for performance and precision extends from the track to the sky. As a Trustee of Wings of Angels Foundation, Chuck brings a competitive drive and deep commitment to the Foundation's mission of humanitarian air transport for veterans and underserved patients.

Uncompromising Standards
All maintenance operations for our fleet are managed by AllEnergy Aviation at KIKV in Ankeny, Iowa. Our team holds full Part 135 certifications and FAA approvals, ensuring every aircraft in our fleet meets the highest safety standards before every mission.
